PaperVault provides educational resources for students, educators, and other learners. By using the website, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms of Use.

Educational Resources

Resources available on PaperVault are provided for educational and revision purposes. Users are responsible for using resources appropriately and respecting any applicable copyright or intellectual property rights.

Downloads and Access

Some resources may be available free of charge while others may require payment. Access conditions may vary between resources. Users must not attempt to bypass access restrictions or misuse the website's download systems.

Buying Marking Schemes

Some resources on PaperVault, such as marking schemes, are paid. When you buy one, you get view-only access to it on this website, using the email address and order reference from your order. You do not receive a downloadable file.

About Our Marking Schemes

The marking schemes on PaperVault are solutions prepared by the PaperVault team for past examination papers. They are not official marking schemes from the Botswana Examinations Council (BEC), Cambridge or any other examination board, and they may differ from the official versions. Use them as a revision guide. We cannot guarantee any examination result.

How Payment Works

Prices are shown in Pula (P). You pay by Orange Money, MyZaka or bank transfer, using the details on your order page and your order reference. After you pay, you enter the transaction ID on your order page. We check each payment ourselves, so approval is not instant. Your access starts when we approve your order. We may contact you on the WhatsApp or phone number you give us about your order, so please make sure it is correct.

Please pay the exact amount shown. If we cannot find your payment, we may ask you for more details. An order that has not been paid within 7 days may be cancelled.

Personal Use Only

What you buy is for your own revision. You must not copy, photograph, screenshot, record, print, share, resell or publish it, or give your email address and order reference to anyone else. Every page is marked with your email address, your order reference and the date, so a copy can be traced back to your order. If access has been shared or content has been copied, we may end your access without a refund and take further action where the law allows.

Access Period

Your access lasts for as long as the item is available on PaperVault. We may update or remove an item, for example to correct a mistake. If we remove an item you paid for and cannot replace it, we will refund you.

Refunds

Because you can view a purchase straight away, we cannot take back what you have seen, but we want to treat you fairly. Please read our Refund Policy to see when we refund and how to ask.

Governing Law and Your Rights

These terms are governed by the laws of Botswana. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

Website Availability

We aim to keep PaperVault available and functioning properly, but we cannot guarantee that the website or every resource will always be available without interruption.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated as PaperVault develops. Updated terms will apply from the time they are published on the website.
